We ask that you can provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Four hours minimum notice is required for all appointments, A cancellation fee of $50 may be charged for failure to notify us.

No. In Australia Physiotherapists are licensed as first contact health practitioners. If you have a work-cover or motor vehicle claim, a doctor referral would be beneficial.

Our initial appointments generally take around 40 minutes. Your initial appointment will include assessment questions about your current problem as well as assessing the movements, muscle function of your joints, muscles and tissues. The initial appointment will include treatment, exercise, advice and a plan of action. Our subsequent appointments generally are for 25-30min.

If you have relevant X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI or any relevant scans please bring these and the reports with you to your initial visit. If you have a work-cover or motor-vehicle claim please bring the claim number to the appointment. If you do not have one, that is ok, we will help you organize it.

The pricing of our services varies according to your health fund, as we are preferred providers with most health funds and every health fund have their own charges which we comply with. Our friendly receptionists will be more than happy to provide you with the fee for your appointment when you book. We treat all patients including private health members, uninsured, worker’s compensation, NDIS, Medicare/ EPC, DVA and Motor Vehicle Accident.
